Description of the complex
Tetris is represented by two monolithic frame houses 24-25 floors high with multimedia facades in a futuristic style. Two sections of the second high-rise building are connected by a passage at roof height. For beauty and expressiveness, the external structures are equipped with neon luminous elements that imitate the elements of the Tetris game at night. The walls in the halls and in the elevator areas are decorated in a similar style.
There are 420 apartments with a number of rooms from one to five to choose from, which are transferred without repair. The housing area is from 48 m2 to 344 m2, and the ceiling height is 3 meters. Among the options you can choose real estate with floor-to-ceiling panoramas, duplex penthouses. Housing is equipped with a “smart home” system.
